About
Dr. Domor Mienye is an engineer and AI scientist with international experience across academia, financial services, and global organisations. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. His career has included senior roles at Izwe Africa Group in Johannesburg, Amplifi Capital in London, and a United Nations-supported organisation, alongside postdoctoral research appointments at the University of Johannesburg and the University of South Africa. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, received over 7,000 Google Scholar citations, and was recognised among the Stanford University and Elsevier Top 2% of Scientists in the World in 2024 and 2025. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a registered engineer with COREN, and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
